Better Calculator: The Powerful Alternative App Reviews

Ever since I downloaded this I havent used the built in calc once. Definitely worth the 99 cents.

I have a few other calcs on my phone but theyre too clunky and complex. The built in calc makes me feel like my phone is a 1970s desktop calculator. Better Calc is the perfect option and I use it all the time.

Im surprised no one else thought about the vertical splt yet. Handy to have my function keys and number keys on the same scren. Definitely a better calculator than the existing one!

You might say mathematics is kind of a hobby for me. This app gives me the ability to calculate and store my values and to retrieve them for inclusion in subsequent calculations. No need to search for functions, they are easily accessible using the split screen. The email feature is great in letting me share my findings with friends who have similar interests.

I find it very useful in my pre-calculus class! however, sometimes I have to solve problems that need the inverse of sin, cos, or tan. It would be really awesome if you add that! what about integration or diferentiation? Keep the great work1

It doesnt have the options for x and y. Thats the only reason why I wanted this app. Waste of money. Its exactly the same calculator thats on my phone.

I use the simple calculator 90% of the time but the advanced stuff is there when I need it. Its a better calculator for sure. The best! And I can keep it all on the same screen. Perfect! Reminds me of a ti hp Casio etc but could use rpn.

Please explain to me how the median of 1,2,3 & 4 is 3? And dont tell me youre rounding. I didnt ask for that. Definitely needs work on statistical analysis (we wont even talk about standard deviation calculations) so Ivs already removed it. I want my $.99 back.

It is an all around good calculator but you need to be able to switch the mode from radians to degrees! Especially when solving right triangles with inverse functions in trig class!

this calculator is indeed better than the native calculator. it can do more complex calculation.

Needed an advanced calculator for college and i thaught I give this one a try. Bingo. Easy to use and a lot of power user tools. Simple but efficient

Lives up to the better calculator name. Cool how it saves all your work when you shut it down. Use this as a replacement for the built in calc - better than ti, Casio, hp, etc. It needs rpn and financial functions, but all the trig stuff is there. Even standard deviation which is awesome.

Great app. Really like being able to personalize part of keyboard.

Nice calculator app for iOS. I like its simple and clean UI design, especially it allows me to customize the position of those function buttons. Love it. Thats pretty impressive, makes this application more effective to use. Five stars.
